I’m Rachel. My passion is co-creating safe, healthy workplaces where teams can thrive.

I was drawn to occupational health, safety and well-being from a successful career in cultural heritage management.

I am a member of the NZISM, IOSH, and a HASANZ registered safety professional. Dedicated to developing the OSH profession, I am a current serving committee member of the IOSH Public Services Group.

My experience includes cultural heritage and museums, tourism, and the public sector (local and central government) in Ireland and New Zealand.

In May 2023, I was announced as a finalist in the Emerging Practitioner category at the New Zealand Workplace Health & Safety Awards.
